From order to delivery, in the open

STEP 01

Approval gates

Two points where the work stops and waits for you

This is the difference between watching a project and receiving a surprise. Production can't start until you've signed off the strategy, and nothing is delivered as final until you've reviewed it.

Gate 01 · Strategy

You approve the plan before anyone builds

You get the strategy document, the budget split and the target list. Approve it, or send it back with notes. Revisions at this gate are included in the scope.

Gate 02 · Final delivery

You review the deliverable before it counts as done

Files arrive on time-limited signed links. Open them, check them against the scope, and accept. Every approval is timestamped and kept on the project record.

Questions at this stage

The practical stuff

Who actually does the work?

A TeamOnHand specialist runs every project across strategy, production and account management. You can see who is assigned to each task on the timeline, and nothing important ships without your sign-off.

What do I need to give you before you start?

Usually just your website URL. Google Ads services need read-only access to your ads account. Every service states what it needs from you before you pay, so there are no surprises at intake.

How long does a project take?

The Customer Avatar lands in about a week. Campaign builds run around two weeks, including the time your approvals take. Audits are faster, usually three to five days.

What happens if I'm slow to approve something?

The project waits at the gate and nothing is billed again. You'll get a reminder, not a deadline. Recurring services simply start the next cycle when the current one closes.

Can I talk to a human?

Yes. Every project has a named account contact, and questions asked inside the project are answered there so the whole thread stays with the work.
